The play area is HUGE with tons of room for the kids to run around and play and they have the most amazing selection of play activities and toys. And the staff... I cannot say enough about the staff, they were outstanding in every respect! The whole experience was awesome and I cannot wait for next year's party!"

From organizing the details of the party, arranging for our Big Surprise of Cinderella arriving (as one child commented, she truly is Cinderella!), ensuring all the children were seated and had their lunch, to cake cutting and loot bags! From beginning to end, this was the first party I could actually spend time with our guests! Thanks for taking care of all our needs.
In addition, Cinderella was priceless! She looked like Cinderella, she sang beautifully, and spoke like a true princess. My guests are still talking about Katherine’s 4th birthday.

From the incredible staff to the amazing play place, our Tumbles 'N Toys 6th birthday celebration was even better than we could have imagined. There were so many toys to play with, so many things to do, that 25 kids from age 2-6 were never bored for a minute and were extremely sad to leave at the end of a 2 1/2 hour party! The facepainting was absolutely beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that both the kids and parents had a great time. Hats off to the staff who managed to ensure that all the kids ate their pizza and DELICIOUS cake, had juice to drink, and had the most fun they could possibly have in one afternoon. Pablo from The Backyardigans was spectacular and the character was so good with the kids that even the ones who were initially overwhelmed and afraid of him ended up playing with him by the end of his appearance. The birthday girl was so incredibly happy with her fun-filled party that she's already decided she's coming back for her next birthday! Big thanks to Carolyn and her staff for making her day so special and memorable.

Not to mention the great snacks, the wonderful cake and the amazing loot bags. Last year I had my own party at home for Justin, which cost the same amount of money as a party at Tumbles and Toys, but I ran around for days preparing for it and was exhausted by the end of his party. I MUCH PREFER having a party at Tumbles ‘N’ Toys, as you guys do all the work and the toys are MUCH BETTER than the ones at my house............. I just wanted to send an email complimenting you for the wonderful establishment you run. We had the pleasure of using your facilities for my grand-daughters (Tianna Morin) 4th birthday party held there at 12:30 on Sept 19, 2009. The place was clean and well run and the staff was exceptional. They were there when you needed them and not an issue when you did not need them. The kids all had a fabulous time.
Even when we had an issue with the person coming with the birthday cake and many of the guests, had a flat tire and was stuck, your staff was gracious when we asked about extending the time of the party and were understanding. Although due to booking constraints they could not, the staff made us feels comfortable and told us not to worry or stress and play it by ear. All ended up being ok, and the guests and cake arrived and we did not end up being rushed out at all. All was done in the allotted time.
Everything was cleaned on an ongoing basis throughout the party without disruption to the fun. We felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time and I know not one kid was bored. There was just so much to do. The birthday girl will not forget her party there for a long time.
It was the perfect worry-free party and my daughter and I would absolutely recommend it for anyone with young children. If we did not live in south Toronto, we would most certainly bring Tianna there to play during your regular hours more often.

It was the perfect worry-free party and my daughter and I would absolutely recommend it for anyone with young children. If we did not live in south Toronto, we would most certainly bring Tianna there to play during your regular hours more often.
